為 Grant 他們簡單地設計了 Invitation Card 。

細小如一張 5R 相片，
一面為單色黑白相片，另一面以一銅紅專色， 印於樸樸的珍珠白紙之上。
尺寸不大，沒有複雜的 Folding 和 Die-cut，
空間與字款便會是主要元素；
 
 
其實一切只為迎合 Grant 的樸質素求。
 
 
即使如此，當他們二人揀選相片之後，便往字庫揀選字款 －
有腳字體過於守舊，遼遼手書體用過於濫，
繁此種種，又是回到自己喜愛的 Helvetica 之上。
( 最愛 Helvetica Ultra Light 加上另一款粗字體，或以大小對比使用 )

不過，我最後選用了 Device Fonts 的 Regulator Light ，
同樣是 Sans-serif，一樣的簡潔明快，但卻帶點幽默輕鬆，
只要細看 “g” 字便略見一二。
( 以前曾用這個 “g” 字的特色，成為了一個家電廣告的主要元素。 )

另外，以幼線作草叢的部份，
亦是以前為一女性時裝品牌，設計秋季 Promotion 的 Banner 所畫。

只為了表現人物與冰曲的關係，冰曲與婚姻的反差，
意義上還不及之前兩張的相片。

其它還在制作當中，但自己的心思巳暫時轉至建築攝影之上了。
打下至七月中旬，每星期會有一天外拍建築，
等待處理的相片計續慮積。

 
 
昨天上了以 goal pads 的保護作用，來作相片設計的背後 Concept。
以 Ice Hockey 守門員來說，最有代表性和保護性的可能是那面罩頭盔了。
(我見 Grant 在拍攝空擋時，常常抱著頭盔，有感情地抹呀，調整完又試穿呀 … )
 
 
但這類運動的面罩就是有著兇狠的外觀，怎樣用於結婚照，自己便構思很久。
此為其一的成品，背後 Concept (寓意)為 –
女性抒以柔情，酥軟了他的剛强。

 
 
 
此會被設計為相集裹，左右跨頁的相片。
” 溫柔自古勝剛強 ” 為上籤籤文，此卦積善温柔之象，凡事貴人和合也。

Yesterday the photo’s concept was to express shielding the loved one by the use of goal pads.
 
Speaking of shielding, the goaltenders are equipped with specialized equipments to protect them from the direct hits of the high speed flying pucks.
The goalie mask is one of the significant equipments for this role.
( I saw Grant often holding his helmet once he grabbed a chance, cleaning it gently, adjusting the inner pads here & there and fitting it on & off…)
 
 
In this sport, the helmet design and its distinctive decoration provoking a fierce outlook.
And how to make use of it into the wedding shoot, I have been made lots of thinking.
 
Here is one of the works adapting the goalie mask as an element.
Behind the shoot, my concept passing through is “a tender loving breath from the love, melts his tough and aggressive away.”
 
 
 
 
 
This shoot would be spread on two pages on their album.
“溫柔自古勝剛強” (Softness conquers Tough) – It is an oracle in verse, a very good lot.
 
 
 

 
 
 
 

 
 
與 Grant 和 Vivian 在影樓裹玩耍了半天。
晚上拍攝完畢後，身體雖然疲累困頓，精神卻如胞腹過後的一樣滿足 。

Grant 和 Vivian 將結婚於十月，之前會為他們拍攝一輯 Pre-wedding 的相片，
還有一次的 Outdoor Session ，令人期待 !
 
 
 
打 Ice Hockey 是他們兩人的共同嗜好，因 Hockey 而相識。
為了今次 Studio Session 的拍攝，花了少少時間認識 Hockey ，望能與 Wedding 或兩人的關係融合。

Grant 在場上的剛位是守龍門 (跟足球的稱呼一樣的嗎?)，擁有一對有保護作用的 Leg Pads，
用之於對未婚妻的承諾，在 Concept 上可微妙不過了。

with Grant and Vivian, we spent the whole day for shoots and funs!

Although everything came into peace at late night and with my exhausted body, I was still mentally active and satisfied just like having a big tasty meal.

The couple will tie the knot in October, I’m glad to have the chance on helping the pre-wedding photography.

We still have an outdoor session to go, which is really excited even just to think about.

Pretty much looking forward to it!
 
 
 
 
Playing ice hockey is the common hobby shared by the couple, yet they were met because of this sports.

To make interesting studio shoots, I had spent a while to get known more on this sports.  Just seeing to merge all those concepts together.

Grant is a goaltender on the hockey rink. Besides the significant goalie mask, his thick leg pads tell me what a great strong shield he is.

It surely be the same mean when Vivian onto him.
